What is GEO Score?

Your GEO Score (0-100) measures how well AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity recognize and recommend your website.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO focuses on traditional search engine rankings (Google, Bing). GEO focuses on how AI assistants reference and recommend your brand in their responses.

How many AI engines are used?

AriceGen queries 5 AI engines simultaneously: GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), Grok (xAI), and Perplexity.

How long does a scan take?

Average scan time is 30-45 seconds.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and we are GDPR/KVKK compliant. We never share your personal data with AI providers — only your URL and brand name are sent for analysis.

Subscription & Payment

What can I do with the free plan?

Pay-as-you-go plan allows individual scans with 2 AI engines at the starter tier.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Tap "Upgrade Plan" in the app or go to Settings > Subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you move to the free tier.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Paddle (for B2B). AriceGen does not process refunds directly.

Technical

"AI services temporarily unavailable" error

One or more AI providers are experiencing temporary issues. The system will automatically retry. If the issue persists, contact support.

My PDF report isn't generating

Ensure your scan is complete first, then tap "Generate PDF." PDF generation requires an active subscription.

Can I get a report in a different language?

Select your preferred language before starting a scan. Existing report languages cannot be changed.
